Hi,

Looking forward to meeting you. Please print a copy of this for all of the hunters in your party.

Just a few things about your upcoming boar hunting trip. The nearest Wal-mart type store is about 1 hour round trip from the lodge, so have what you need before you get to Monterey.

Your trip includes 3 meals per day, but there is a full kitchen in your lodge for your use if you want to bring along snacks or special meals. There is also a washer and dryer.

Cash, money orders, credit cards or travelers checks must be used to pay for the balance of the hunt. The total cost per hunter including 9.75% sales tax on $675 is $740.81, minus your $250 deposit each leaves a balance due of $490.81 each ($1,472.43 total for 3 hunters).

- Hunters must wear hunter orange while hunting
- No alcohol in the hunting areas

You might want to let me know about any possible medical issues for example allergic to bees, diabetic, heart issues, etc.

The mailing address to the lodge is, 553 Cedar Chapel Rd Monterey, TN 38574, but I recommend using the following direction instead of the back way in most GPS units want to bring you in.

Directions: From I-40, exit 300 Monterey, TN (1/2 way between Nashville and Knoxville)

Exit 300, go north/east 1 mile to Commercial Ave (Hwy 84) turn left.

Take Hwy 84 North about 7 miles to Dry Hollow Rd., turn right (at a small store)

Take Dry Hollow Rd. 5.2 miles to Cedar Chapel Rd, Turn right onto Cedar Chapel Rd

The hunting lodge is on the left, 2 miles down Cedar Chapel Rd.

A few things you will probably want to bring:

- Cold weather clothing, it's been between 11 and 30 degrees the last several days with light snow on the ground
- Weapons & Ammo (bow & arrow, Crossbow & bolts)
- Orange Vest
- Small Backpack or fanny pack
- Canteen or bottles of water
- 2-way radio (poor cell phone reception in most areas we will be hunting)
- Flashlight
- Rain Gear
- GPS
- Camera/video camera
- binoculars

I am here to make sure you have the most enjoyable hunting trip possible. If there is something you need, something you can’t find or something I can do to make this trip better, please don’t hesitate to ask. My cell phone # is (931)319.9640, cell reception is poor in the areas we are hunting so sometimes text messages work best.

Thanks Again, and looking forward to meeting you all soon.

Happy Hunting,
Todd Ratermann
